The opportunity for early career teachers to build their professional capacity through sharing experiences and building professional networks is essential. As graduate teachers there is still much to learn, working with colleagues with common interests in STEM education enables exploration of the reality of teaching experiences and the chance to address challenges that may arise in these early years.

This program is designed to complement induction programs in schools and DECD and aims to provide support for early career teachers as they negotiate and deal with challenges to their professional and personal wellbeing in those very important first years with a particular focus on STEM.
